We’ll do our best to solve the problem with a phone call whenever possible. This helps keep you in the field and gets you back to work sooner. During the phone call, our service team will be able to determine what is going wrong with your unit. We are familiar with the entire Trimble surveying and mapping product line, so we’re capable of addressing the most common issues you’ll run into.
Whenever a phone call isn’t enough, we repair units at our Houston-area location at our Level 3 Trimble Certified repair center. Our experts work quickly to ensure units are received, processed, and begin the repair process as quickly as possible.
